Overzicht
The EPYC 9655 puts 96 Zen 5 cores in a single SP5 package, aimed at operators consolidating large virtual machine estates or standing up HPC and AI inference nodes. It drops into 9005-ready SP5 boards from Dell, HPE, Lenovo and Supermicro and feeds 12 DDR5 channels per socket, so it also suits memory bandwidth bound simulation work.
AXISLINK ships this part as tray units, from single pieces up to full trays, with boxed retail packaging available on request. Each processor is bench tested and its batch code photographed before packing. We issue the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin for export, book air or express freight out of Hong Kong, and state the exact condition and packaging on the quotation.
