Overview
Bergamo fits 128 Zen 4c cores into one SP5 socket, trading peak frequency for thread count. The EPYC 9754 is aimed at cloud-native hosting, container fleets and web tiers where capacity is measured in concurrent workloads rather than single-thread speed. It uses the same SP5 platforms as the Genoa line, provided the board carries a BIOS release with Bergamo support.
We supply the 9754 mostly in tray form to integrators filling racks, with a two piece minimum and larger blocks quoted against current allocation. Units are tested and batch recorded, then packed for air freight from Hong Kong together with the export documents your customs broker needs. Condition and packaging are confirmed in writing on the quotation before you commit.
