The Xeon Gold 6548Y+ gives 32 cores on the 5th Gen Emerald Rapids platform, a common fit for mainstream dual-socket virtualization hosts and database servers that do not need Platinum class core counts. It installs in LGA4677 boards and drives eight DDR5 memory channels per socket, which makes it a straightforward refresh path for an older Gold tier fleet.
We normally quote tray units from two pieces and can reserve larger volumes for staged rollouts. Processors are function tested, and pin condition and lot codes are checked and documented before packing. Shipments clear from Hong Kong with full export paperwork, and the quotation always states whether the part is tray or boxed and the condition supplied.
