The Xeon Gold 6548Y+ gives 32 cores on the 5th Gen Emerald Rapids platform, a common fit for mainstream dual-socket virtualization hosts and database servers that do not need Platinum class core counts. It installs in LGA4677 boards and drives eight DDR5 memory channels per socket, which makes it a straightforward refresh path for an older Gold tier fleet.
We normally quote tray units from two pieces and can reserve larger volumes for staged rollouts.
